Lonestar Resources, Inc. Is looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support out CEO. This position will manage both business and personal tasks for the CEO. Some tasks include creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To be successful at this role, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook. Be extremely fast at solving problems and have at least 3-5 years’ experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past.

 

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Plan full scope of CEO’s travel including banking meetings, conferences, corporate events and more
  • Organize and submit CEO’s and COO’s medical and monthly expenses
  • Maintain CEO’s calendar, contacts, and files
  • Screen calls and forward to appropriate parties
  • Arranges travel for all board members, prepares board materials both physical and electronic, coordinate catering for entirety of event
  • Manage vendor communications, selections, and terminations
  • Maintain and organizes all vendor, software, and travel contracts
  • Plan all company events including the holiday party, annual cookout, companywide meetings, and more
  • Work with office personal trainer to update gym class schedule as needed, prepare a PDF schedule, upload classes onto wellness platform
  • Assign new employees gym lockers and assist in onboarding and office setup
  • Order office supplies and equipment as needed
  • Order regulatory signs for drilling locations as requested from the field office
  • Make appointments for scheduled maintenance and recalls of company fleet trucks

 

Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree
  • 3-5 years as an executive assistant
  • Knowledge of financials, understanding of Excel, highly organized

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY AND FUNCTION:

The Financial Analyst will assist with overall finance responsibilities for the Company under the guidance of the Manager of Corporate Planning & CEO in Fort Worth Texas. The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in Investor Relations responsibilities including preparation of Corporate Presentations and Press Releases. The Financial Analyst will also provide analysis for Lonestar’s public company comparable peers.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist in Investor Relations responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of press releases
  • Assist in preparation of corporate presentations
  • Maintain database of comparable public companies to measure key financial metrics
  • Monitor and record all active equity research on the Company
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial analysis and management reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting in the Company’s corporate model.
  • Ad Hoc projects across departments as dictated by Manager of Corporate Planning and CEO.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or similar discipline; 2-4 years related experience and/or training in oil & Gas/investment banking; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office with highly advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with G/L accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Very detailed, attention to accuracy, and deadline driven
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented and good at prioritizing.
